About Us

Peaceworks was formed in 1999 and registered as a charity in 2000 by its founding directors Chris Seaton and Micha Jazz. Since its foundation, Peaceworks has worked in three core areas; mediation, schools and peace projects.

What spurs us on is a passion for peace and reconciliation. We want to see adults, children, families, and whole communities building peace, and working effectively without the negative impacts of unresolved conflict. In all our work, we seek to equip and empower people with life skills that help them resolve their own conflicts.
